Enjoy the various galleries and gardens that The Getty Center has to offer. It’s the perfect location for a picnic at the gardens with friends or family. You can even enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine while overlooking the city.

4.The Getty Villa

If you are a huge fan of European art and sculptures like me then you’ll love The Getty Villa. It’s location along the Pacific Coast Highway is also a prime destination to enjoy the beach after your intake of art.

Pacific Palisades, CA 90272

5.The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles

If you’re looking for something to do in between classes, the MOCA is smaller in comparison to The Getty and much closer. Explore the contemporary modern art with friends through a guided tour.

Los Angeles, CA 90012

6.Natural History Museum

One of my favorite exhibits is the Dinosaur Hall! Not only can you get a close look into Triceratops eye but you can also excavate fossils. If you can’t make it to the free museum date, be sure to check out their “First Friday’s” program, where the lights are dimmed and the exhibit halls become a music venue for musicians and DJ’s.

900 Exposition Blvd,

Los Angeles, CA 90007
